Unfortunately until further notice we are not accepting advance bike hire bookings, we hope to return in the near future but feel the need to take a much needed break from the commitment of providing a tourism activity 7 days and 52 weeks a year. 

 

When we set our reopening date this website and our Facebook page will be updated to advise.

Cancellation policy

During wet conditions, cancellation charges do not apply.

Cancellation fees apply when:

• Less than 24 hours notice is provided.

• Less than 3 business days when dates include a public holiday.

 

Cancellation charge is 25% of the total hire cost for reserved period (excluding any discount offered)

 

If the hirer is not at the designated delivery point at the arranged time to accept delivery and has not contacted us to arrange an alternate delivery time. 100% of the hire cost will be charged.
